Membership:
When applying for membership, you will submit your deposit at the time of filling out the application. It is 100% refundable if we decline your application.
Once accepted and agreed upon, your membership payment is non-refundable.
The application is designed so that you can really dig deep and make your commitment. It is not to be taken lightly. We want to make sure you are serious about participation for the full year.
Tribal Truth’s community structure is designed to support you with any life circumstances that arise and we encourage you to practice being in the receiving mode should something happen to you such as an illness, death or other extenuating circumstance.
Should you move locations, you can participate in the Virtual Tribe.
Events:
All event ticket sales are non-refundable. If you notify us via email 72 hours in advance of a cancellation, we may transfer your ticket to an event at equal or lesser value. All no shows are non-transferable.
Programs:
If you are participating in one of our programs and request a refund because it didn’t “work” for you, we ask that you submit proof that you did all of the required work. Each program has a different refund policy, so please review the specific order form carefully.
